Shipping & Returns Policy
We use Australia Post for all domestic orders. We ship Monday - Friday Australia wide. Tracking is available through the Auspost website. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your order is completed and this can be used to track your order.
We use Australia Post and their overseas partners to ship all international orders.

Responsibiliy for shipments to countries not listed is 100% on the buyer.
Tracking is not always reliable for international orders. Canada, the UK, Europe and the USA will track all the way to your door, but sometimes there are delays and/or discrepancies.
Packages are shipped via Australia Post when they leave Australia. They are then handed over to each individual country's postal service when they reach customs. At that point you may need to contact your local postal service to track the item.
Most foreign post services retain the Australia Post tracking number, however you might not be able to use it on their website.
Can't find your package? Contact your local post office first - sometimes delivery is held for customs fees. If they can't find it then please let us know email@example.com - if a package is lost we will send you a replacement if one is in stock or refund your purchase. Sometimes it can take time to resolve and we appreciate your patience.
PLEASE NOTE: Each country has its own import tax policies, and many charge VAT (Value Added Tax). This has nothing to do with us and is out of our control.
This is where your government will charge you an extra amount (usually around 10-20% for our product value) for importing the item.
We do our best to offset this by keeping our prices competitive.

WHAT can be returned?
Please choose carefully. Given the nature of second-hand products, we cannot always provide a refund and we can't always guarantee the longevity of certain parts that experience normal wear and tear. Refunds will be issued on a case by case basis.
If the item you recieve does not match the description or photographs provided on the ad, please let us know and you will be sent a replacement item or refund.
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org with clear photos.
We will not provide refunds for any part that has been damaged upon installation or incorrectly installed, therefore we strongly advise that all parts and engines are installed by a certified mechanic.

SHIPPING for returns?
Returning items due to change of mind requires the buyer to pay for postage in full. If the fault is ours, we will pay for postage when we refund you.
CREDIT for returns?
Once the case has been raised with our team, and the item returned in the same condition it was sold, we will issue a full refund.
